23 X 29 pastel on sanded paper (UArt 500-grit) of Wood Creek, a small stream that runs through the Rome Sand Plains ecosystem in Central NY, just west of the city of Rome. Hopefully I'll eventually sell this piece, but only through a gallery, when I find the right one. Not online, though. It's just too hard to ship anything this size that's framed under glass.
More importantly, I'm looking for a place to put my canoe on this creek and explore it, looking for more landscapes, or maybe I should say riverscapes or creekscapes, to paint. It really is an astonishingly beautiful little creek.
